Activa Disonancias Catalunya Program. A77 and Can Xalant
Gustavo Dieguez and Lucas Gilardi are the members of "A77", an experimental studio that projects objects and houses based on industrial waste. The A77 team works with Can Xalant to intervene in the territory.

From the R + D + i Area, Trànsit Projectes raised the possibility of extending the experience by incorporating the project to the Activa Disonancias program in Catalonia in its first edition in 2009, inviting Pau Faus to participate after an open selection process through an international announcement. It was about taking the opportunity to explore new strategies of analysis and intervention in the territory, of collaborative dynamics, new thoughts on mobile and flexible architectural structures for cultural uses, and incorporate new approaches to usual dynamics.
The A77 team will work in partnership with Pau Faus, Catalan architect who is part of the group Nomad Barcelona Observatory and is author of the book "The Retired City", recently published, referring to the informal gardens in the rivers of Barcelona.
