We understand social network as a structure of nodes in which different actors (both individuals and organizations) are connected through a series of relationships based on common properties.

Local realities are increasingly globally interconnected. Specifically, the role of cities international networks is to encourage this communication, reinforcing the importance of local identities in a globalized world. In this context, the International Association of Educating Cities (IAEC) is an important platform for sharing ideas, experiences and working methods between the cities that comprise it.
