EL4EI stands for E-Learning for E-Inclusion, a project for excluded people so that they can use the Internet to expand their capabilities, improve themselves and achieve a better life. Of the various outcomes of the project we would emphasize a European charter for social and digital  inclusion through elearning and an international congress where the possibilities of distance learning to combat exclusion were analyzed and discussed.
