Technical Secretariat of the Conference, where twenty expert women from various countries participated. Among these experts are women who have been directly involved in mediation of peace processes across official agencies, as well as women who participate in networks that mediate between the various warring parties from different countries. Specifically, the speakers come from Guatemala, Iran, South Africa, Northern Ireland, Israel, Palestine, Sahara, Iraq, Colombia, United States, Afghanistan, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Norway.

The conferences are an impetus to the effective implementation of resolution 1325 of the Security Council of United Nations and make visible the task of the women who star resistance or mediation in armed conflicts.
