NorthWest Passages

The cities of Biella (Italy) in collaboration with nº0 and Citadelle-Fondazione Pistoletto - Mouscron (Belgium), Trikala (Greece) and the organization TRANSIT PROJECT, Barcelona (Spain) are participating in the European project Northwest Passages

Artists are invited to submit a project on "Art & Environment", which can be interpreted in the broadest sense: the participants have complete freedom of choice in the interpretation and elaboration of the topic.
Each city will make available various artists urban public or commercial spaces.
