Training through employment
Design and implementation of continous training plans specifically aimed to the sociocultural environment.

Since 1996 we develop training activities for companies pooled plans that, using money from the FORCEM grant, comply with the commitment of the continuous training of professionals from Autonomous Communities Cultural and Social Services.
Experience in managing training plans in different areas dates back to 1999, with the presentation and implementation of pooled plans, program contracts and agreements for continuous training. These plans gather firms in the social and cultural sector and one of its main objectives is to promote, through training, the organization and improvement of the conditions of the sector workers.
