Design of the management and exploitation plan of the Madariaga Tower facilities, located in the Biosphere Reserve of Urdaibai in the Basque Country, with the aim of promoting research and knowledge of biodiversity in Euskadi.

From the definition of the vision of the equipment and conducting a
benchmarking process of unique equipments, the desired positioning of the equipment is defined and the business and communications plans are developed for the different potential audience segments identified.

As a final phase, the management model, the organization chart and the composition of the necessary equipment for their implementation are detailed.
